In 2023, due to numerous incidents of petty crime and offences against visitors and customers, we deemed it essential to increase surveillance during the sensitive and busy Christmas period. From December 2 to 24, between noon and 8 p.m., the private security company SECURSAFE managed security in the Galleria with two staff members. This service ensured rapid intervention, thereby facilitating the efforts of the police, who had been informed of the project.
